Assist in development of new Healthcare Investment Strategy for leading Global Infrastructure Investment Fund seeking investment opportunities with attractive and mandate compatible characteristics in Australia, UK & key target European markets. 

On Clients behalf interact with firms, advisors, other participants and third parties across the healthcare and human services sector to originate transactions.

2. CO-FOUNDER BIONIC EYE COMPANY

Victor co-founded AUSTRAL BIONICS together with Gregg Suaning (Professor Biomedical Engineering University of Sydney)  and Nigel Lovell ( Scientia Professor of Biomedical Engineering at UNSW).

AUSTRAL BIONICS intends to develop the Bionic Vision Prosthesis technology to give the gift of vision to those who cannot see, and subsequently to market this visionary technology to the world to deliver a sound profit for investors.
